Originally from Los Angeles, Ms. April has found various success as both an artist herself and as a professional coach, instructor & choreographer vaulting professional careers worldwide. She danced with the Malibu Ballet, Conejo Civic Ballet, Phyzix Dance & others performing Lead Roles from various ballets in the Classical Repertoire. Ms. April received her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University & later her Masters of Fine Arts Degree in Dance & Choreography from Jacksonville University. Many of her students fill the ranks of major ballet companies such as the Houston Ballet, Royal Danish Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Atlanta Ballet & Ballet Met - to name a few. Under her tutelage, students have had incredible success at Youth America Grand Prix placing Top Awards such as the Hope Award, Youth Grand Prix, Grand Prix & Top 3 across all disciplines & age categories various times.
