Dance through the holidays with Osipova Ballet Academy

Our Adult Winter Intensive is created for adult ballet dancers who want to dedicate focused time to their training, build strength and confidence, refine their technique, and explore classical ballet repertoire in an encouraging setting. Each day combines conditioning and flexibility work with ballet technique, pointe, and individualized variation coaching. Students who participate in the 2-week intensive will have the additional opportunity to showcase the classical pieces they have coached during the program for their friends and family, providing a meaningful way to share their progress and celebrate their training experience.
